I am looking to sell my House (level 2) that is located in Chilltern. The lot # is 1180 and is pretty close to the Aylesbury Market. The house is currently set up for a Alchemist or a Spellcrafter as can be seen in the list below.

Things included in the sale:

House Title (10p for tier2 upgrade, 1p for tier1, 50g for inventory item)
Consignment merchant (1p)
Albion Vault (1p)
Alchemy Table (1p)
Albion Incantation merchant (100g)
Albion Evocation merchant (100g)
Castle Sauvage teleporter (100g)
Albion Vault keeper (100g)
Porch (Maybe - Not sure if it transfers along w/ ownership) (500g)

Total price I paid for everything: 14p 950g (includes the 500g porch and the 50g house title)
Selling price: 12 plat

You save 2p 950g if the porch is included when the transfer happens or 2p 450g if it is not. Once again, I'm not sure if the porch transfers.

Side Note: Also I currently have 1.2p in the rent lockbox so if that transfers consider it an added bonus. Once again, not sure exactly what transfers. If anyone has more info and would like to share it would be greatly appreciated and then the price could be adjusted to more accurately reflect any changes.
