1 hand Weapon for Casters

Hi all,
i remember from times long ago, there was a 1 hand Weapon wearable by Casters (Wiz, Theu, not sure about Cabba and Sorc). Looked like a mace. Cant remember the name of that drop or which mobs to kill to get it. Was not usefull, just for the look.  Does anyone remember that drop and the name of it? Is it implemented here on Uth? i know what you mean.. its the flawless staff of soulshade (something like this) but sadly on uthg2 its only a 2h staff :/
