Searched on allakhazam old files, and i didnt find. U can get a list of albs rings here (probably some are missed):

Why not use ROG? If it's got the utility, go for it. Just can't call it a template, would need to call it a build. Btw, something wrong with the auto name generated on ROG items. That spiritbender ROG probably had some resist other than spirit as the top stat. |

try kiling frontier mobs you can get a rog drop once in 20 kills and some mobs drop specifc rogs like belt ring weapon etc.

Some ROGs are implemented on Uthgard 2.0 as "real" items, where the ROG name is clearly there, but its missing the "Unique item" tag in description and it will also drop with the same stats each time.
