45 theurg looking for a good place to call home in Alb.

Due to my RL I usually have a limited play time of about 7pm EST to midnight 1am EST depending on if anything is going on in game. I'm looking for a group that has events or groups or activity around this time so that I can enjoy some of the more fun points of the game. (RvR/Dragon Raids/Legion raids/etc)
