Hey need some information, whether someone is complete this quest Sir Gleran's Lost Necklace looks like NPC named Kedalinde Teanidd dont respawn, or I'm wrong.

I camped that spot where she is supposed to spawn for an hour killing Filihds, I think the quest is bugged and she never spawns.

she has been there before, she conned red when filidh conned blue and yellow
must be last weekend i saw her

bugged again? kept the camp clear of filidhs for over 1 hour, no respawn
