I'm wondering if is still worth to have any serenity after nerf (fix)? or should be those points used for something else?

...what would be now the way to spec RA at 3L2, 4L2, 5L0, 6L0.....and higher? Any suggestion?

Sere 4 gave 1% more power per tick for 10 points (compared to sere 3). That's mean about 3-4 power per tick for 10 point.
Now 1 level of serenity is 1 more power per tick. That's mena that the 2nd level of serenity (cost 3 pts for 1 power) is as much cost effective than the old bugged sere 4.

That's why i would say sere 2, nothing more ! Sere 2 + raging 1 + mcl 1, or sere 2 + mcl 2 (but cost more).
And do not forget to use pots at the beginning of the fight, as soon as u reached 75% power left !

For building RA, i won't change my mind (since i didn't know that sere was bugged).
LW1
Sere 2
MCL 1 (2L0)
DI 1
Purge 1 (3L0)
PR 1 / DI 2 (in the order you prefer) -> 4L5

Next RA : BoF 2.
But at this point, you just started end game rvr and bof 2 costs 15 more points. BoF 1 is not very usefull and if you usually play in pug, it's a long way to this 15 points. So i would start by some passive like augmented dex, wild healing, don't know exactly.

Well I just did some rvr with cleric and I will respec my sere 3 to something else....
As a cleric you need mcl2 purge1 DI 2 (DI1 in the beginning)... I will try some ethernal bound... raging power or bof1 is just a waste of points in my opinion

you could also either switch wh and mof, so wh1 mof2 etc. or use EB instead, but in my opinion everything below EB4 is kinda useless
And yes NO aug dex, because its just a waste of util compared to a minimal increasement of your castspeed, im not using any aug dex since 7L0 and it works pretty fine.

Bof 1 is crappy, thata true. Bof 2 is ok in my opinion. Had "only" bof 2 from 7Lx till 10L and in my opinion its worth these 15 points

BoF2 is worth it, especially at lower RR.

BoF 2 is good, not everyone runs a maxmimum efficiency setup with 50% casters and PD0, hoping BoF3 will safe their ass

Sure thats an easy decision with 9l+..

But its BS to say that bof2 is a waste of points..

Our Aughealer in Midgard had BoF3 with like 6l and not 9l+. Also on Alb he had BoF3 with 6l6 it´s just to important.

BoF2 is OK but just a waste of Points in my Eyes, take it if u want, i wouldn´t.

You are talking about a healer/cleric which run only in guild/set-up group. Thatwhay you can decide who will take which RA's to max and leave others behind. If you don't run fix set-up group you can't just go to BOF3 and skip all other RA's.

Since MCL is percentage of power pool, why not get Ethereal Bond 2 for +40% or EB3 for 75% added to pool somewhere in a build?

Because it's not +40 % and +75%, it's +40 Mana = 10% + 75 mana = 18 % mana
