Could you give us more specific what your after?
Like are you new to game, and dont know mechanics?
Or ur after best xp spots?

Your first 1-7 levels should be done by compleating quests.
After that, depending of your class, you would want to start /lookingforgroup

Well I can write an long post, but since I need more of what you after I will stop, and wont write a wall of text for nothing.

a pretty typical leveling strategy is
------------------------------
1-6ish: Cotswold Quests

7-10ish: Tomb of Mithra or Camelot Hills

10-16: Salisbury Plains
...in particular
...the entrance to plains at 10-12
...slaver camp at 12-14
...broken bridge or roaming for gaints 14-16
skip the merc tomb raiders. they are a waste of time

17-29: Western Cornwall and Catacombs of Cordova
(Can do Keltoi 17-20, but its too tiny a level range to be useful imo.)
start near corn station and work your way towards yarleys as you level.

30-42: Lyonesse
start with dunters, then hamadryads, then lizards or danoin, then peas, then gobos,
then maybe pikeman or telemon (lesser, medial, greater) if in a group.

35-42: Stonehenge Barrows
alternative to lyonesse. entrance is about 35, bottom level is 44-52ish. good drops and fast to get to.

42-50: Lynn Barfog
southwest corner, theres always a needle group running.
start with bearded gorgers, then frenzied feeders, then needletooth devourers as required to cap exp.
smallmanning the ellyll or frogs are also good options.

-------------
OR
DF from 10-35
back to LB for 35-40+
back to DF for hulks for 40ish-50
