ZAM Item Database and Attribute caps

Whenever I look up an item in ZAM's database, sometimes there is an attribute cap (ie. attri cap str +3). But, whenever I delve the item in game I do not see anything about an attribute cap. So, is it there or not?

no,+cap is toa stuff, this shard here is classic(max SI), so no TOA- Content. often the pics still have the old, correct bonus shown.
