I was playing many years on a live server before but I have never noticed that absence of clerics like on uthgard.

May be that's an often discussed topic but I couldn't realize yet.

I'm gonna start a cleric now

I have 2 lvl 50 clerics!

Maybe that's because my main char is cleric but I really never felt that clerics were lacking. It's usually easy to get 2 of them in rvr, in many groups I even have to play another char because of too many clerics

Hm, maybe he talking about leveling though because yeah at lvl 50 there's really lots of clerics.

I don't recall as I wasn't playing a Cleric, ever, but is the 1.80 and earlier Cleric still able to get by as a smite cleric or were those days gone for Uthgard?

Forget smite with uthgard settings, it's really useless.

Yea, the only things I have really seen since checking the forums here are that:

#1 Rangers are overpowered.
#2 Tri-spec cabalist is the one and only spec, and it is overpowered.
#3 Scouts suck on Uthgard(lack of buffs/etc)
#4 And now, Smite Clerics aren't in luck.

I make more solo kills with my smite cleric than with my armsman here so...

Albs have too Many clerics...

i'm relieved to hear that.
i haven't reached lvl 50 yet, so the areas i noticed that are:

- pvm (lvling everywhere)
- battlegrounds (extremly rare!)

Albs usally lack in all needed classes. Clerics and pally are very rare and hard to find for both rvr and pve and sorcs are hard to find for rvr.

If you play battlegrounds as Alb you can be heappy to have at least 1 cleric and if you got a friar too, this is somehow an awesome grp.

while Mids run around with up to 4 healers/shamans per fg and hibs have always plenty of bards+druids. If you compare clerics to other realms supporters they just suck., they always did. Only good thing is the long-range buffshear.

btw the difference between Cleri and Druid is a lv 7 Pet if you use standart specc.

btw there is also a root which has way more use than the stupid caststun.
btw there is a aoe root to interrupt.
btw THERE ARE other ways than the standard-spec.


but albion must be total fine, because you fought a group with 4 clerics 2 weeks ago (that you still remember this should be a hint), while we fight against nearly perfect setups each day in battlegrounds. Every 2nd pve Group in albion disbands because you find either no cleric or no pally. This happens every day.

agree on this one!

Albion has a lot of active(LWRP>10k) Clerics with RR>4L2. Cleric actually is the most played class in Albion.
