Would you consider replacing an ice wizzy or two with a cabby and/or theurg? It might help keep casters/support from ae rupting your wizzies by way of NS and pet spam. The cabby and sorc could assist on single targets and the pbae can do it's thing. I could be wrong and this is not at all what you're going for though.
