Is Leviathon implemented w/ the dd proc? does TWF work correctly?

Leviathan does have the DD proc.

TWF doesn't work correctly (nerfed).

TWF works correct apart from the damagetype which should be essence (ToA, not implemented).
Maybe there are some bugs with the snare which might be too weak too, but nobody could prove it yet.

It has been proven. It just hasn't been fixed. And no TWF does not work correctly.

I have made several live tests after all the complaining about TWF came up. Whats wrong tho? The damageoutput is correct (apart from dmgtype) and snare might be alil bugged (not testable at dolls).

Simple. It's a RA with a snare and damage component.

It's damage is heavily nerfed by the custom damage type.

It's snare component barely works at all on uthgard, people can just walk out of it without ever being hit. Tanks are unaffected as the snare lasts for less than a second.

What other conclusions do you have to draw to finally figure out that the RA is completely broken ?

It was "completely broken" before the ticks got fixed. Incase you dont know: Some weeks (or months?) ago it did tick only half the times it should.

If you wanna nitpick it was never "completely" broken because the reuse timer and gfx were okay. :roll:

It's completely broken because it has no use in rvr at all.
