does anyone else who playes a merc feel like dirty tricks is gimped? whenever i use it the mob/player doesnt seem to fumble anymore than before...i hoped it would have a seriously noticeable effect but it seems not to...

it doesnt do crap for me...only 1 time i really remember it working was in braemar when i 1v1 a red to me and won

in PvM this helpes me sometimes alot when I accidentaly pulled 2 mobs. I used dirty tricks and got hit not as much as before.
In PvP I sadly cant say this. In Braemar and Wilton this ability totaly failed so far for me  |
