Dex doesn't affect flutemezz. If you're not playing 8v8 exclusively there's no point in speccing Thrust

29+11+x Stealth will let you escape non assassins easily. You could lower stealth to 25 but you won't benefit alot from more weapon spec as your melee dmg is quite low anyways.
Sorc has Mezz dampening and qc demezz so you won't be demezzing that often, you'll almost never cast an aoe mezz so 10 dex won't be beneficial unless you go thrust.
In an 8v8 you'll find yourself being trained quite often because you're the lowest hp target to push the enemy backline. 44 Thrust saracen Minstrel is really overrated IMO
