Does MAstery of Magery works for minstrels DDs?

Half ;) Crits can hit from 1% up to 50% of dmg. So the average dmg from crit is 25% of your normal hit.

An example: AA3, MoM2, WP1, normal dmg: 100

[100 + 16] x 1,04 = 120 dmg
If it crits, it has the chance to hit total from
120 x 1,01 = 121 dmg
to
120 x 1,50 = 180 dmg
both very seldom, in average you'll following crit:
120 x 1,25 = 150 dmg

So is really worth to spec aug acuity as a minstrel! +dmg and +power pool :=)

Does the same (or similar) table works also for Aug str for slahsing minstrel?
And MOP? :)

Weapon dmg is a totaly another topic ^^ You can higher your slash dmg with Aug Str, yes, but how much? Dunno and I dont want to test it :D To test DD dmg is easy, cause you have allways the same Dmg. But in melee you have 1) variance 2) WS 3) the weapon itself ... and so on. So no, dont want to test it :D

MoP works like WP, same max crit, same average crit dmg.

Is better to take toughenss or Aug con?
If i rember correctly in live was better toughness back in time...or i'm wrong? :)

toughness , con doesn't give you as much hit's per level ( tho i don't exactly know how much hits you gain pet 1 con ) but tough is the way to go

As Minstrel you get 3.6 hitpoints per con.

So here the list for sucessful hitpoint-gaining (bla blubb)

Aug Con

1. 4 con * 3.6 hp/con / 1RP = 14.4 hp/RP
2. 8 con * 3.6 hp/con / 3RP = 9.6 hp/RP
3. 10 con * 3.6 hp/con / 6RP = 6.0 hp/RP
4. 12 con * 3.6 hp/con / 10RP = 4.3 hp/RP
5. 14 con * 3.6 hp/con /14RP = 3.6 hp/RP

Toughness

1. 25 hp / 1RP = 25.0 hp/RP
2. 50 hp / 3RP = 16.7 hp/RP
3. 75 hp / 6RP = 12.5 hp/RP
4. 100 hp / 10RP = 10.0 hp/RP
5. 150 hp / 14RP = 10.7 hp/RP

con = Constitution
hp = Hitpoints
RP = Realmspec Point

So here the way to go:
Toughness 1 and 2, than Aug Con 1. After that first cap Toughness. If you realy still have points for HPs, specc in Aug Con.
Or better in Ignore Pain :D
