Hi, i been buying poisons from poison merchant in Camelot close to inf trainer and from poison merchant in CS.
When i guy highest disease poison it dosent stack with the poisons i already got up to a count of 100.

(Gets annoying and i buy a full stack and sell the stack i already had, because i run around with 1 empty bag space for port ticket)

All other poisons i can put in the same stack i have already.
I also seen it happend a few times with crafting mats and
Alchemy drops.
