hey guys! I am super excited to get back on classic daoc. i played launch starting at age 13 and played for years on Lance Hib. I plan on going Alb but am curious as to what classes are more preferred and also strong in pvp. I already know leveling will suck lol but that was half the fun..struggling for that lasssttt bubble and hitting 50 with randoms messaging grats, i miss the daoc community.

basically, what melee class is good in this version and also is there any guilds recruiting?

Plenty of guilds recruiting, but which time-zone you looking for?

And assume you are looking for mainly english speaking guilds?

Eagle Knights are a friendly guild, with a wide range of levels, and a few times a week full RvR group.

If you're looking to zerg any tank is fine, if looking to 8v8 I'd recommend one of the det tanks (merc + arms).

awesome thank you guys so much. I think ive decided on armsman for high polearm damage and shield stun. And thank you for recommending a guild to message. I am trying to get in now but im having trouble with the open ID login. i have a gmail account logged in but it doesnt seem to be working (first time using openid) any advice on that?
