Hello,

Apologies if this was discussed before, however I could not find any information anywhere and I could not get any answers in-game.

Which mobs are the best to farm items that salvage into adamantine and above?

I used to get mithril material from moor boogeys, however I am done with mithril and need adamantine to increase my metalworking. Greater boogeys rarely drop items and those that drop salvage into asterite or netherium. So in this case, where to get adamantium? And after being done with adamantium, which mob should be farmed for higher level metals?

Thank you in advance.

Do some craft that increases Metalworking?

If you are tailor, you do Fletching (arrows)/Weaponcraft or Armorcraft.

Or am I missing something...?

"however I am done with mithril and need adamantine to increase my metalworking. "

Again, are you sure you know you can skill up Metalworking by skilling secondary crafts?
Why try to find adamantium when you get Neth already?

We are trying to help you here, I don't know where to find adamantium, but I know how to get your Metalworking up.

I am a fletcher and I need money to buy materials. Selling metal trinkets is my primary source of money. I am dependant on metals as my source of money, i cannot perform fletching without the income from the metalworking. Mithril is too cheap for me now and i have skills to craft adamantine trinkets. I accidentally found some asterite and netherium, however I don't have the skills to work them.

If possible, I would like to continue metal trinketing from this point on, just like the way I've come this far. Unless there is a better way of money making, in which I would be interested.

Ps: I m a level 37 scout

There are almost no drops that actually yield adamantium. You can try in Dartmoor, some of them yield adamantium, but in the same run from the same mobs you get asterite and netherium aswell. Aggro range will kill you though, especially as a scout.

You could just farm more mithril until you hit 700+ for asterite, and this is where the real money starts anyways. I made like 5p with mithril only back when Uth restarted, from levels 25 - 32, and next income was asterite. Most late game drops yield asterite too, some netherium, few arcanium.

With lvl 37 as scout, there's actually not really something useful to farm, in terms of mobs, except Snowdon Grims and the Bloated Spiders right next to them in Snowdonia, they drop cloth (Grims) and metal (spiders). But you may get farmed by hibs or mids quite often too.

If you only want to raise metalworking though, build some low skill armor/weapons to rise the secondary skills.

I think I killed Arawnites in Lyonesse at this level.

There is a nice spot on higher ground, where you are able to maximize your range.
