Is there still lots of lag in Alb?

Trying to decide between Mid and Alb (Sorc or BD for solo PvP), but just curious about the lag in Alb. Is it just unbearable? Thanks!

No lag in Alb anymore.

edit: jinxed it, small lag just started :o

The spell-cast-delay is gone.
