Does the "Bladeblocker Bracelet" drop?

Has anyone seen the "Bladeblocker Bracelet" drop off Arawnites in lyon/snowdonia?

Stats:
Parry: +4 pts
Crush Resist: 2%
Hits: 11 pts
Energy Resist: 7%

I often used this in my friar templates on uthgard 1.0

It shouldn't. That was(is) a wrongly implemented RoG item.

RoGs are all unique, your chances of getting an item with the same exact steps are extremely small.

oh, such a shame as it dropped so regularly on Uth 1.0.
