Hey guys, hope everyone is not suffering waiting for Uthgard 2.0
![]() ![]() Hope it's up soon and that's why im trying to plan my toons. For sure i'd be playing Albion: cleric (to farm and get some money) and inf (to use my clerics money) not that anyone cares though lol, but i got several questions on how the server will roll. Been playing lots of DAOC in its full version and im kinda confused cause i started practically post toa. OK here i go: - There must be, but I read so much in this forums that I will ask anyways. Is there a character builder for the upcomming version? So i can check old styles and how to spec my toons? - Archer class: will they still have all there types of shots (cold, fire crit, power etc) or would it be back to one shot as before? - Inflis old RAs: how should i spec this guy in realm abilities? no viper >.< I'm going 50 thrust thats for sure. - Crafting: under this conditions, which is the craft that would make you rich? Im thinking tailor could give me some coins, but its probably SC right? Is crafting slow? ------------- ---------- ------------- For sure i have more questions in the future lol, but thanks in advance for reading. I live in Argentina so i don't know what time it is for you guys lol, i just like to play a lot and now more that it all starts from 0. Im an experiencied player seeking for 8v8 rvr action. Played lots in classic servers with druid in Starfire's group, so im basically a buffer/healer. Always trying to help out in pve if needed. If any guild is up i'd be happy to join. Have a nice day and hope we are in soon ![]() |

I'll try to answer some of your questions,
Scouts, or archers, in general only have the Critical Shot as their powerful shot. We do not have a Fire, Ice, etc shots. Regarding character builders ive yet to be able to find one, nor have I really looked that much either.. just waiting on the server to announce a date before I get too excited and try to plan everything out. *Edit* Check out this discussion you may find what you are looking for http://www.uthgard.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=109&t=33812 Regarding crafting, it is slow and expensive but it does pay off once you are high enough. I think all crafting skills have their own use, I guess it just depends what you are looking for. I find Alchemy is nice to get you potions early on, SCing is nice as well to temp your toons as you gain in it as well. All others are self explanatory. I normaly do Alchemy, but I think I'll do SCing this time around and complete alchemy afterwords. Hope this helps a bit. |
