Hello ^^ just wondering which are the differences between 100% and 99%. What happens if I use an mp instead of a 99% ( or viceversa ) in my template?

Quality Influences:
1. Imbue Points amount (Space for Spellcrafting)
2. Alchemy Charge amount (100% Quality = 10 Charges, 99% Quality = 7 Charges)
3. Instrument "Song" duration
4. "Miss" Rate
5. Armor Factor
6. Damage

Points 1, 2, and 3 are usually the deciding factor people use Higher Quality gear. Mind, using Higher Quality gear comes at a higher cost.

I'm not 100% sure on points 4, 5, and 6 but I believe what I wrote is accurate. They do have tiny influences, almost unnoticeable.

Quality doesn't influence "hit rate" for weapons but the enchantment bonus does.

Damage and af only counts if youre rr5. Before that mp and 99 is the same.

Disagree. Clamped dps for a RR4 MP is 16.2, 99% 15.9. For RR5 and above its 16.5 and 16.3. Thats what it says anyway.

Been a few years since I played a support class at 50 here, but I remember if you had all mp armor you didn't need the base AF buff.

I'm not sure about that Zenobya. When they made this change will full MP armor that was fully repaired I'm pretty sure I didn't get anything for my af buff on my hunter or my ranger. Both of which are well above 5L0.
