I have been on the server a bit over a month now I think but haven't posted anything on the forums till today.

Played DAOC on Merlin from I believe December 2001(or Jan 2002) - Jan 2003.

Had A 50 Cleric Svperstar and 50 Scout Lothlorian.

I was in Divine when we did that crazy relic raid sometime in 2002 that got our relics back from the zerging mids with their 1,000 level 50s online at all times.

Quit the game after all the guild drama in Divine, having my poor cleric nerfed and relegated to buffbot status and being tired of getting raped by 6+ assassins when I didn't have Camo up on my scout(See Hidden completely ruined my ability to enjoy DAOC outside of the BGs)

Also college was getting crazy for me in 2003, 17-19 credits so I quit DAOC "temporarily" and ended up not playing again for 9 years till I joined Uth.

Anyone here Merlin Alb from back in the day?

I don't my time on Merlin/Alb went quite that far back, maybe 2004(ish). I ran with Elder Spirits for several years. Great bunch of people. I played mostly as Badcold (ice-wiz) or Mourninghawk (paladin). I'm a mid here now-a-days. Still working on my 1st 50.

I played a cleric named Gundleon, and an infi named Gulthel(whom was originally name changed from GM's, "Getsyou frombehind", referring to backstabbing!!!) i was too young to understand the game at the time and I doubt they're recalled names.. My brother played "Durwen", a scout, whom he re-made here on uthgard. (and Gave to me)

I played on Merlin Alb for almost all my DAoC years (a good 3-4 yrs).

I was Dvs for a year or so until I re-rolled everything and became Nerv/Nervz.
Miss those days. I do somehow recognize your name svperstar.

I played on Mid merlin and was actually the fat troll skald that led those 1000's of screaming mids that came out to defend the relics.
