The only thing I never accomplished on live(Merlin) before I quit DAOC in disgust was getting an Inf to 50 so that is what I am basically done doing.

I autotrained all the way to 48.

Sitting at 49.5 now but not high enough to cap out of thid yet.

I decided to go with a generic inf spec and go from there. Right now i am at 49 thrust 44 CS 36 stealth/envenom and 13 DW. Template is done besides TAJ1 cloak(haven't seen any TAJ1 groups advertized lately) so I have +11 to all skills and ablative on everything.

25 points left over to use when i ding 50.

Question is where exactly I should go from here. I will eventually get a respec stone so I am down for anything. Is going slash eventually a good call?

Right for RAs I have viper1, mos2, and mop2. Next up to get is viper2/3.

You probably also want to put a a dd charge on ur armor to rupt the ton of mos 4/5 sniper rangers/hunters. Therefore toughness 3/4 in the long run isnt a bad choice either. But first I would go for viper2/mop3/purge/mos1or2/lw1.

I already have a couple of dds on my armor. Gem of the Skulking Assassin also. Its a good template only thing I am missing to cap out a few resistances is the TAJ1 cloak. Haven't seen any TAJ1 groups advertised in a while and I am the only one in my guild who plays currently.

Last night in DF some 50 hunter got the drop on me and at 49 I still managed to kill him.

ablative procs on armor parts, dot procs on weapons, dd charge on crossbow, lvl5 cloth gloves with an af charge to switch in.

spec for rr4 :
36 stealth
37 slash
34 cs
36 envenom
rest into dw

if you have to neglect any resis in your temp go for spirit and energy.

ra priority :
purge 2 , mos2, lw1 -> everything else is up to you (mastery of pain,viper,vanish,strenght,toughness are all viable)
