I am trying to level my mince and my sorc and found a post on this forum saying that around lvl 14 i should try charming wind memphits in Salis, but unfortunately as a mince it keeps saying that this monsters is not charmable.

what am I missing?
is it the wrong mob or has it been changed in a recent patch(es)?

if so, are there any other DD charmable mobs around 15-25?

I may be wrong, but i think that the type of mobs you can charm eg - monsters, undead, human. gets unlocked the higher level the charm spell is.

So.. I recall that the low level charm spells don't cover certain type of mobs.

The thing is the post I read was written by a mince and he said he charmed it, but it was a year old post.

It also says the same on the pet website (forgot what it's called), but definitely didnt work for me on Uth.

maybe I can only charm way later?

I remember charming it as a sorc multiples times when I levelled up, which was about one year ago. You'd have to ask a minstrel ingame.

wind mephyt is no longer charmbable, like basilisk. They was too powerfull.
(I'm not 100% sure about that but when you try to charm it says: You can't charm that type of monster when sometime ago you can do that)

does anybody know which pets from the enygma list DO NOT work on Uth?
so Memphit and Basilisks don't for sure, what else should be removed from the list? I know druids don't heal as well, so they are bugged probably

I've had a wind memphit and a baselisk charmed on this server.

As for healing pets, obviously depends on your level. My fav is the ghostly cleric from cornwall for level 18ish and up

The point is, as I was posting about these mobs, in this forum, they didnt have the mob types implemented!

Kind regards.
