I guess then the items I find with 63 delves are just super loot and only I got them.

Well, 63 delve is equivalent to a yellow spec buff, but isn't there some buff bonus influence when the cleric buffs them? (Excuse the stupid question at this point but the only clerics I played weren't mine
) |

Yes, there is a bonus, which is why they are a little weaker despite having the same or greater delve. The bonus is mostly for baseline buffs, spec buffs don't benefit as much.
