RvR Changes

It's done! We have moved RvR to the New Frontiers zone Agramon and its neighbouring zones. In an attempt to prevent any (further) confusion here is an overview of the changes:
You no longer access the RvR area via channelers or the platforms in the border keeps (Castle Sauvage, Svasud Faste and Druim Ligen). Instead, you now use the named border keeps. Just exit the keep right into the war zone. There you can find a portal stone on the left side of the gate. Right-clicking it opens the war map where you can select a destination. After you have done this you click the Teleport button to go there.
This means you will always be able to reach your teleport keep. If your realm owns its home keep and the corresponding towers you will be able to teleport there, too. If a realm also owns an enemy home keep and the corresponding towers they will even be able to teleport there! The only requirement for a successful teleport is that no keep in the chain is under siege.
The RvR area consists of Agramon and some parts of Hadrian's Wall, Odin's Gate and Emain Macha. Each realm has its home keep and a teleport keep in its home zone. The teleport keeps are: Caer Berkstaed (Albion), Nottmoor Faste (Midgard) and Dun Crimthain (Hibernia). These keeps cannot be claimed by the enemy because they are thought as last point to fall back to in case of enemy attacks. There you will find all important NPCs and merchants.
Each realm also has a home keep. These are: Caer Benowyc (Albion), Bledmeer Faste (Midgard) and Dun Crauchon (Hibernia). Those keeps can be claimed by the enemy realms. If you capture the home keep or the corresponding towers of an enemy realm you will receive bonuses.
The new bonus system doesn't have any experience bonuses for battlegrounds and the RvR area. We realized that these bonuses resulted in a lack of interest in the realm-internal zones. This was accompanied by a common believe that only RvR areas provided good experience for levelling. Often when levelling players were killed by enemy realms in an unfair fight they got frustrated and logged out. So, we have removed the old zone bonus for Emain Macha and replaced it by a general experience bonus for levels 47+. This bonus (like all other level specific bonuses) is effective globally. Here you can find an overview of the new bonus system.
Next, there won't be any custom-made level spots like the ones we used to have in Emain Macha. All zones now have their original mob spawns. However, this does not mean that there are no spots at all.
We have decided to change this in combination with the changed bonus system. Our goal is to raise the interest in normal mob spawns in the realm-internal zones - especially in the dragon zones.
The access to Darkness Falls will still be controlled by keeps and towers. A keep is worth three points, a tower just one point. The realm which has most of the points has exclusive access to Darkness Falls. If two realms have the same amount of points the access will be split as before.
If you are killed in a battle you can /release to your border keep. Another change takes effect when you enter the game in the New Frontiers zones: You will re-enter the game at the same location where you logged out. You will no longer be teleported back to your border keep automatically!
In the future we will add more features to our RvR so stay tuned.
Good luck and many kills in the new zones!
PS: We apologize for any inconveniences (lords, teleports) that you might have had last night. The zones should now work without errors.
