Uthgard

In an effort to encourage Realm vs Realm player engagements during low-population times, between 2 AM and 10 AM CET a +25% RP bonus in Emain Macha will be in effect for all classes that cannot specialize in Stealth. The intent of this bonus is to bolster the incentive for players who might otherwise engage in other activities.

On another point we want you to be aware of a rule change that has been in effect for several months but is still generating questions.

§5.5 Forbidden account- and charactertrades
Account- and charactertrades on Uthgard are forbidden. It doesn't matter where the trade is being negotiated. Even attempts of selling or tradeing any accounts, characters, items or ingame money are forbidden and will be punished. There are no exceptions!

This means you may not advertise for account trades, nor may you engage in account trades. Any accounts found to be traded risk being banned. As always, Uthgard Staff encourages you to keep your account information private and secure. For security reasons, set your e-mail on your account and do not lose access to it! The owner of the e-mail address is the rightful owner of the account. The only way to do an account recovery with a registered e-mail is via the automated account recovery on the Support menu on the left of the Uthgard.net homepage.

Finally, we want to remind that Uthgard is an international server. For this reason, we ask that public channels as broad, LFG and trade (as well as the starter guilds) remain English.

Sorry Blue but at this time 90% of players are sleeping. We need this bonus at morning between 10 am and 6 pm (before prime time). And why for only noon stealthers classes, arent they players?

discrimination ? of stealthers ? a few days ago i had some nice rvr during us primetime with Austerim, 10albs vs 2 hibs, and me was the only visible, working as intended or what ?
Visible RvR during us primetime is usually like: fg vs fg (if enemys started with smallgrp fg is inc soon for both sides), smallgrp vs smallgrp, or you have to solo when nothing is out or just other solos.
But running solo requires a strong class to survive in 1on1, and wow if you fight another solo you have add from a stealther who decides to attack you now when you are vulnerable. Chances for revenge for the Visible: zero without mosbot, maybe when he has luck and find the person again when he attacks another stealther, but usually you cannot find them.
Ppl get bored and log out. So many times ppl like hercules, comet, divin, hound, sanmiguel and so on are at amg, and several stealthers around that dont attack afraid to loose the 1on1.

Maybe they should give stealthers also the 25% bonus and remove stealth ability during this time, would be funny and grant an equal solution

Seriously, I would prefer my opponents getting 25% bonus on my NS to encourage them facing me instead of getting additional 25% (0 * 1.25 = 0) and waiting for noone.

I think this is a very good idea, at least to start with. I play a stealther, and what Soni said is true. Stealthers allready have the ability of avoiding or engaging a fight, so the 25% bonus should not apply to them. Also, this was done during the slow hours of American primtime because at that point we are usually around or under 200 people. I'm not for sure what the population is like during Euro times, but I would assume it would be better then this.

At least its a nice way to try and encourage some RvR.

Not really. It encourages to choose Emain when you already want to do RvR, not to go RvR instead of PvE.

Does that include Breifine // Cruachan // Collory ? or only AMG ? :p
