Reminder: 1.111 not supported

The current live version (1.111b) is not currently supported on Uthgard. If you have already updated, you will need to downgrade your client.
We would like to remind players to keep a separate, Uthgard only copy of your game client on your computer for use on Uthgard. This helps avoid problems when connecting with a client that we do not support. You can use DAOC Portal to select which client you wish to use after you have made a copy of your game installation folder.
See you on the battlefield!
Your Uthgard Team

How do we downgrade our clients, if we already upgraded to the new version?

this morning quicklogin via batch was not possible today to login, even with game.dll v1.09.
starting daoc-portal it wants an update and noticed, that client v1.10+ is now supported.
after update daoc-portal, login fails.
put game.dll v1.111 (size 5.931.008 bytes) into daoc dir an patched again,
login went well.
please check yourself and confirm.
/edit
login with game.dll v.111 waspossible, but interface was reset and all items missing or display with "?"

1.110 is not supported either, there are packet issues. DAOCPortal 2.7 allows 1.110 to connect to DOL servers.
If you are using batch files, use the server IP or server.uthgard.net as uthgard.game-server.cc expired.

My virus protection was triggered by this executable and the game.dll posted by the other person worked fine. You don't need to run this executable so I don't know why you're recommending it. I don't like to accuse people of doing something bad if they're trying to help people out, but I'm not sure why you would say that using that game.dll version doesn't work when it does.

-humm strange, just used the clickteam patcher tool (downloaded from their website) and followed the wizzard. I think your antivirus reacted bcause you need the administrator right in order to work with files in /programme files directory.
-Sure just changing the dll works, but if you are using some UIs you can expect problems bcause 1.110 and 1.111 have some xml windows changes.
-the objective of this patch is to create a True 1.109, not a modified one (1.109 dll+ 1.111 changes)

That makes sense, I'll give it a shot. Thanks.

Does it matter which folder you attempt to have in the path? I moved my folder and didn't have it in the Electronic Arts folder.
Edit: Moved it back and it gave me this:
This program cannot update the installed version of Daoc Patch 1.111
to 1.109 by Pacific because of the following reason:
E:\GAMES\ELECTRONIC ARTS\Dark Age of Camelot\mft.myp:
unknown version.
I think the problem is I don't have it on my C drive. Is it looking for that specific path or is it something else?

The patcher is based in order to work from a True 1.111, now that u have changed your dll ( which version ? 1.109? 1.108 ?) i really dont know how the patch will react. If you have an error, you should try to patch 1.111 from the normal way bfore using the rollback patch.

the patcher will look for the ' Dark Age of Camelot ' directory then if your game is spoted in d:\Dark Age of Camelot tell him to look in d: , if you have changed the name of the ' Dark Age of Camelot ' directory you CANT use the patch bcause all the patch's links are on ' \Dark Age of Camelot\...\ ' based
