Very bad news and non-livelike customization.
If players will be forced to use 2 charges/pots, then ranger's selfbuffs should be considered as same.

News as i see it:

More improvement of rangers (due to limiting charges/pots on other classes), nothing about x-realm timers, more PvE improvement (dungeons, PvE ers will remain in Tajendi anyway, so waste of time), further improvement of Emain (mob spawn) instead trying to improve other zones (Agramon was better than Emain), raiding keep PvWood improvement (noone likes it due to OF keeps sucking, NF keeps were way better), harder relics (since you need to raid keeps before and give time for the enemy to regroup), no old ras soon, no SI, nothing about implement the last classes (necro/bd).

The only good changes i see is the dynamic port timer (but if you implement it to work when server has low population, will not change anything, because noone raids keeps solo), and poison change.

Overall, awful news. Seems like i made the right decision to play less daoc.

This is total comedy.

So instead of giving us the ability to defend ourselves against rangers "old ra's" you have made an arbitrary decision to imbalance the game even further and allow us less self buffs tha before.. The only thing that slightly gives us a edge is our ability to buff to the same level as a ranger. Now your going to limit that. Rangers will have access to almost every buff needed for their fighting style, assasins only 2?

This is hands down the lamest thing that has happened on uthgard since i have joined. You promised us Old ra's, instead you beat the crap out of us and make rangers again the uber insane unbeatable class they have always been

BTW i have a 50 ranger, and i totally object to this. You know what your going to find, Uthgard [873 players online] [659 rangers]

Because only rangers will have a chance.

Dont forget to add that the self buff timers have now changed to 25 minutes instead of 20...not like it matters, but since live is 20 and they delve for 20, and since were supposed to not be custom ahem....

Scrap this whole garbage idea. Thats what it is...garbage....and if you do it...for gods sake stop lying to us and calling this server "Non-Custom"

i would prefer a quite simple system (in terms of understanding):
1) owning all home keeps => beeing able to port instantly to your porterkeep in foreign lands if one is in the hands of another realm you have to wait on the pad.
2) as there is allready implemented a FZ tier system - as long as you own all keeps of one tier in your homezone and none(in that tier) is under attack you are able to port into every keep of that tier(exept enemy FZ keeps as a mid having all breifine keeps is not allowing to port to n´Ged e.g.). the instant port ability is connected to this aswell.

A smart ranger can spec around this without sacrificing a thing, but i can say that i have both 50 CD and yellow buffs, so i aint sacrificing a thing to get good damage and buffs :wink:

Please...if you will whos idea was this not live like...totally custom change that favors rangers?.....Maybe someone with a luri avatar?

This sounds good. However I think Abla charges should also be included, since Abla procs aren't and a huge majority already has them.

Can you be any more specific when will the limit be implemented?

I just can't stomach the whole server being held hostage to one class.

And worse case scenario - it may ever so slightly nudge the staff to fix defense penetration.

Maybe they will limit the amout of poisoned weapons assasins can carry next...that way we cant switch out in combat

Seriously reading this made me sick. I have never said i wanted to quit this server for ay reason before tonight...reading this just makes me realize there is no hope.

They can make all these changes but cat fix PD or MOS....this is a joke..a bad joke....

You realise lots of solo players have to redo their templates now to compensate for this by changing alchemy to get AF and haste procs in there for example.

What have GM´s against solo players, u continue to nerf and nerf for them and this one will be the biggest blow as many will be forced to PvE again to afford new templates.

There will be a huge Ranger invasion in hib now, will be fun see all those lowbies rolling the new fotm.
