WoW those outpost bonuses are sick, 14%damage, before any relic bonuses...

BENEFITS FROM HOLDING AN OUTPOST

- When a guild has claimed an outpost - all members of that guild and all allied guilds will gain certain bonuses when in PVP combat.

- Each outpost has a 'difficulty' rating from 1 to 5. Those keeps in the guild's home frontier close to the home zones are the lowest difficulty (1). Those keeps deep within enemy territory are the highest difficulty (5). The low difficulty keeps will give very few bonuses. The high difficulty keeps will give the most bonuses.

- Outposts can give four types of bonuses: Realm Point Bonuses, Bounty Point Bonuses, Combat Bonuses and Spell Bonuses. These bonuses only apply to PVP combat.

Now maybe you see why Uthgard will be more than just an 8v8 server.

I got it! I got the code boyz! I stealthed into high security Uthgard facility. I had to jump over 2 rails, smash 2 fierce dogs heads to make them run away, I blew up the watch tower, slayed a 3 headed beast guarding the entrance to the dungeon, stole the keys from a group of a half dressed female warriors by doing hypnotic dance, getting to vault, whispering magic words to open the 10 ton metal door and wola!! there it was.

i've looked through it, it's huge! 250 lines of code, everything was almost done but got delayed for some reason. i need short time to polish this thing, add few bushes here and there to make it look realistic and i will also add a guard near amg so that it will look more like it's my own code and no one will notice blu's scent in it.

just hold on everyone! it's coming! i'll keep you posted on progress!

well, there is a guard (keeplord maybe ? ) standing in front of a wall (keepwall ? ) and there are rvr bonuses displayes.

i guess this means, all this works

Maybe as taking keeps is far less tiresome then taking a relic (easier to lose too :/). We will have to wait and see, but I'm sure mid/hib will be on it for sure. I hope I'm wrong but albion wont be able to compete(when building zergs).

I was never just for the 8v8, You remember we used to take fensalir all the time. Zerpi and Myself where the few who actually enjoyed doing that because the rps where pretty darn good. I don't mind a good zerg with even numbers (not one realm overwhelms the other) and defending a keep can be really fun with a caster group. I love DAoC and feel every aspect of it is fun but I prefer 8v8 as a personal preference.
