Uhm it seems to me u don't even want to be 50 to start real RvR (and ok Agrammon doesnt seem appealing, I know, imo OF would drag more people into it) which surprises me. If you want to play bg's, you can reroll a char or search another server if it would be my call, Bg's aren't the main purpose RvR has in DAoC and I wouldn't even mind thid going back to 46.
So I'm totally against RR5 caps in thid, people will just stay there as long as possible so they can reach RR5 leaving the real rvr zone as low populated as it is now + the people that DO want to play serious rvr get OP'ed by the BG campers which can't really be what people want when they just reached 50 ...

Overall I think it would be a pretty bad idea, more BG opportunities means less bigtime rvr...

I did a check today .. i could enter every bg with a lvl 17 char so its a bug, you can enter bg when your level is lower than required , for higher lvl than bg its ok

thanks a lot for screwing up all my lvl 30 and 40 templates. lot of wasted money into that SC'ing now. leave the crap how it was, please, and focus on better changes that don't screw people over
