Today, Presto and Blue had a short notice discussion to introduce new balancing features. This mainly aims at the current charge surplus in Midgard (STR/CON) and the problem with inconsistent drop amounts throughout the realms. Additionally, there will be some changes to charge handling. This work is pretty complex and will require a lot of work all over this weekend.
