There is a problem with the skill-lines on the server. All playerskills have been set to level 1. The problem affects all players in every realm.

The only choice was a 7h rollback (number 2 in Uthgard history). Obviously it was a human mistake caused by changes in the database.
As a reimbursement there is a global +40% experience bonus that stacks with existing bonuses.
