Just a thing im wondering about?

I don't wanna relog to another realm to tell them I will kill them when I see them (because it is ALOT of efford for something quite lame)

but I can not say their name in forums either..

so.. how do I contact persons to let them know I don't like what they did and therefor will put them on my KOS list?

:)

ps. a witchhunt would only start if the community actually hated grey killers, but since 50+% of the server greykills in DF this will never hapen nayru ;) so don't worry I am not telling everyone to kill him on sight.. just letting him know that I will..

pps. not all players are in irc

Yeah grey killing is lame, it seems more of a grief tactic than anything beneficial. So much respect to those that let greys survive. How bout since you can't condem grey killers, make a thread for the honorable players who let them live and deserve some respect?

My first time in DF on this server I see a big troll with a dwarf partner charging towards me and I thought, "NooOOoooO I'm dead I'm dead!!1 WAIT, I'm not dead?!?!" he just hugged me and various other emotes! Made my day and it instilled within me that a level of honor in the game does actually exist, and I'll return the favor: not to bother with greys,
Respect to Fumikun!

ps. bgs everyone is fairgame imo

irc / pm on forum should be your best bet.

The problem with chatting with other realms is whines and flames^
Accumulate your anger and use it when you go in bg

Speak to other realm with weapon and emote is enough i think
JeanJean, Warrior 50, Leg GM Armorcrafter
Fifi, Shaman 50
Kaboche, Skald 49
Vindicare, Hunter 43
Slipapoa, BoneDancer 41
Boumboum, Zerk 39
Raoulette, Thane 32

Well on Live you can't even really contact players from other realms and in war, you can't either. Why do you need the contact to your enemy? In most cases it will only result in insulting.

Last time i got flamed for greykilling (he loged a lvl1 mid char) he asked me why i did that and after a discussion about 30min - in this time every third grey did NOT add - in which i tried to explain him that he should contact his highlevel guild-/alliancemembers to do something for getting df he told me he already raided in agramon with his level 50 char...
So 2 questions to every wtf-omg-he-is-purple-and-he-killed-me greykiller victim:
Why i should not kill greys before they add and rupt my supporters?
Why you only cry and dont try to kick our asses, with the help of realm mates, out of df?
If you tell me you would never do that think about how I should react?
a) let every grey live? then some would add.
b) Only kill greys I'm sure I know that they will add? I'm not often in df so i got no special reason to kill a grey. would have same effect as a). I did bad experience with this so thank your realm mates but not me.
c) Kill every grey, without exceptions!

So if you still think greykilling sucks just send a PM to me. I'm sure every new topic would be closed.

IMO everyone should kill gray people because of rupt and also because they can give info to their realm mates. It's logical to do it, anyway someone decides not to do it but none can blame anyone because he graykills. If he graykills it means that gray was in a place where he could be killed (this explain df 25% bonus)
