I've asked around a bit, and nobody has seen the new Generals. I've spent a fair amount of time combing the new BG, and other main areas...no sign of them.

Are they confirmed in the game yet? Is there a mechanic to get them to spawn?

Yeah, one of the series of great ideas...worked out great, that BG has 300 people there 24/7 xD.
