Claiming and upgrading DC to lvl 8 is incredibly stupid considering the lack of population were seeing now.

Hope I'm wrong but I wonder if Hib can even muster enough peeps to retake a lvl 8 keep.

Embarrassing someone would actually think doing this is a wise course of action at this point in time.
