It´s tactics.
Since Hibs had 5 Relics, they had nothing to do. And all those lousy RR attempts failed completely, especially the 30 ppl albzerg at crauchon, wiped by 8 hibs. So Hibs decided to not defend around 8 am CET on a weekend :p

Was fun. That was an impressive amount of albs, and you played it well. The old SOS n grab is as effective as ever. Did the Mids give you theirs or did you get lucky and find the carrier hiding somewhere?

After we lost 2 relics we decided it wasn't worth the plat of repairing the doors. Defending 2 relic keeps is annoying anyway.

When we have relics in 2 different relic keeps I stop caring about defending. If Hibs are content with 3 of the same relics then I will care enough to stop whatever I am doing to go defend when there is a relic raid in progress.. but not when there is twice as many calls for defense and twice the interruptions for whatever I had planned for that day.

For someone who just gave up the relic without a care, you hibs sure were scratching the doors to castle Excalibur like a cat that has been locked out.

Now that you got all those nice relics, you should start to do regular RvR. Whenever we even try to defend our awesome Hibkeeps, you just port to Midgard to raid empty keeps with your zerg

It's the same i think in all realms. After a relic defense either successful or partial successful relic defense. when people start asking for wood for repairs. that defense bg becomes empty really fast...

Yeah, think it's 1p per gate or so, maybe 1½p.

It's expensive as hell and relics change so often recently that I dont really feel like donating alot anymore. I would have to spend alot of time farming then haha

yeah door at 0 with ironwood is 20 repairs or about 6p a door. and if had fun knocking down all 4 is 24p....
