Question about 8v8 etiquette

When a small zerg (2-3 fg) comes upon an 8v8 and respects it (i.e., avoids the fight, goes somewhere else), is it unreasonable to expect that 8 man to respect fights for that small zerg against other similarly sized groups?
Just curious. I try to respect fights as much as able and as much as the groups I run with will let me (there's a significant coalition of "IF ITS RED ITS DEAD" in Hibernia), but it feels bad to get wrecked by an 8 man that you let live 2 minutes ago when you were already engaging another group. Makes it hard to justify respecting those fights later on in the day. Alainna

Thank you for not adding. Our group doesn't kill solo or small man generally especially if they respect our fights, I hope we were not the culprits.

clearly adds every fight and tries to act holy and innocent ^

In my opinion the whole rvr is garbage on Uth2,- 50% setup + 50% crazed minds of players = 100% time wasting.

We played a few hours yesterday had lots of good 8v8 and zerg fights. I don't think we felt like our time was wasted at all. |

there is no way an 8man would assume you didnt attack since you want them to have a fair fight.
they will try to kill you as soon as they can. |

no 8man will ever respect zergs. and they dont expect zergs to respect 8v8s either. its pointless not to go for the kills as a zerg when passing by a 8v8

No rules in war. All this 8v8 bollox is gona end the server.

Lots of 8v8 people have left already, once the alt server opens the zerg players will be able to run round to their hearts content without any pesky 8v8 Scum to bother them
