Player base is kinda low.!
when someone hits lvl 20 ish they go df for seals to just get some starter gear! BAMMM a lvl 50 stealther kills em and /laughs why even play then if ganked by lvl 50 ppl? if ye happens 1 time can happen but farming em? 20+ times |

just don't go into the dangerous areas...
Or take a risk of being killed for a higher reward. Simple as that. |

He does have a point though, levelling gear in of is crap and makes the grind even more dull and slow.
Luckily I have a farm alt to get higher end jewellery drops for my lowbie, but not everyone has that option. Likewise with frontier exping, the grind is just too damn slow in of. It takes the level 50 templated rvr toon out of rvr action, leading to less rps for all. The level 50 gets bored and /q perminately, leading to population dropping off. Wakefield 50 Rej Cleric

Or just stop playing on Uthgard and play a game where things like that wont happen.  How would it be if you attack a grey and you loose 1 level if you get killed? Most of the lvl 50 no skill ganker would be already at lvl 30ish  .

Imo, this is more about joining guild.
I dont know if some newcomers think the starter guilds are worth anything. They work in the early stages of a server, but not at this point. People need to leave it and join the established guilds, but I understand this might be confusing for people who have not played DaoC before. When I joined my guild, without knowing anyone beforehand, I got loaded with gear and even PL's... Albion and having fun

Imo it has nothing to do with joining a guild, not all wanna be carried but explore and do stuff yourself! Its all about the plaerbase that allso complain about not enough lvl 50 action FARMING grey ppl! today i even experinced that lvl 50 ppl grp up farming em in df!

The post was about xp'ing in DF to get gear, that is solved by joining a guild.
I realize it's annoying people kill greys, but that discussion had nothing to do with the initial subject: "when someone hits lvl 20 ish they go df for seals to just get some starter gear!" Yes, grey-killing is lame, but join a guild if you struggle to get starter gear. Albion and having fun

True, but some of major guilds play different times/zones. I'm lucky as my work patterns fall in with EU prime and my nights off fall into na time as well.
I have logged in EU very early/na late and server is dead. Poler is out and about and that's it. Wakefield 50 Rej Cleric

You HAVE played Dark Age of Camelot before, right? I mean, the game IS like 15+ years old by this point and by my reckoning what you described OP has happened since it's inception, yet you're crying about it like it's anything different then the norm?

What im saying Fal and still will even when live is why be 50 fully templated and farm greys specally when pop is low?
give me 1 good reason but beeing a feck!? and ruin the low pop really i mean you rather be lvl 50 alone on server or let greys live abit and just kill 1-2 to make attention? btw this aint live server pop and patch! but breaking all progress for all by beeing 2-4 lvl 50 farming grey all the time will make you lonely |

It's not that I dont understand your frustration, I just dont understand why you post it.
It's not like people dont know some grey-gank. Back to subject. You can progress, just do it in normal zones if you dont want to get ganked. You can get starter gear easially, just join a friendly guild. Albion and having fun

You might have a better chance to progress in a lets call it a guild still dosent make you immune to ppl that just feed and feed on grey ppl and if a new lvl 17-25 are making seals for gear why gangk em? all you lvl 50 complains about no no stuff but tbh the reason nothings happening is 90% playerbase since they gank so ppl stop! |
