Congrats Mids, Killed the only albs in DF, 3 lvl 20s.

When alb had DF last I logged my character in there and left him there, thinking maybe I could log in some other time when mid has had it for a while and maybe get some solo quality time enjoying the place while it had no activity. But I thought wrong, logging in and checking /who was in DF I saw I was the only one listed. So I was a little excited, maybe mids had stopped checking at our stairs, but I was wrong. Within 5 minutes a group came up and killed me, then camped for my two friends(one of which could rezz me). Only problem is, I don't know how they knew my friends were on stairs waiting for me other than the small group of mids having a way of telling who was in DF on alb. Either way, I know people make a lot of posts complaining, but my problem I have now is I feel like this group of mids that killed us used /who on alb or something to figure out we were in there. But, I'm not really sure.

Ya Mids are cheaters...lololol and the longer they have df, the longer its gonna take us to get our crap together and get to rvring. They can fight themselves if they wanna be greety.... |

DF is an RvR zone. Sometimes RvR WILL happen in there. I wasn't in there at the time this took place but, I would suspect it was the fact that you hadn't released that caused the Mids to believe there was a rezzor nearby.

Good point, Mids always having df sucks though, takes alot of fun out of the game... 2 Realms should be allowed in at all times... Last edited by kxreaper on Feb 16, 2017 07:05, edited 1 time in total.

Yeah it was just really suspicious is the thing. I had logged in first and ran down, then they came up killed me and left(heading back down away from alb stairs). Then my friends logged on 3 minutes later or so and I told them to stay waiting on the stairs hidden from view just in case and after a little bit the group came running back up right past my body and camped the stairs 'til we just decided to all suicide and go level elsewhere.

Did you never roam through DF to find enemies? Did you never run up and down to check any spots/stairs ?

Well it's just that mids have had DF for a while, and I was the only alb on in the alb DF side at all, so yes I really don't think a group will sit and run up and down alb side constantly when they wouldn't have found anything to kill for what had probably been a long time. |

Sometimes it blows my mind that the average age of a DAoC player should be in the mid 30s.

I roamed the ZF multiple times, just to see the zones, spots, etc. The number of times I saw people coming out of nowhere just to kill me is impressive, even at places where normally nobody would go. And there aren't even that many people in the ZF currently. Really, just try it. |
