At what stealth lvl do you get which Safe Falls and how much dmg reduction do they do?

Safe Fall 1 at 10, 2 at 20, 3 at 30, etc.. Not sure what the reduction is but I barely took damage jumping off AMG/MMG on my NS on v1. 8)

Yea they really need to fix this.
