I cant put in a bug report, because honestly, I have no indepth idea as to what is going on, but today, on my 36 enchanter, I used MCL as my group was taking out the ram at the front gate and stocking up on rams, I had about 5% power left, used MCL, and the timer started, but I gained no power.

There was another enchanter in my group that 20 minutes earlier, while we were taking DC, also said that MCL misfired, and IIRC he was also outside the front gate. At this time, my MCL fired in the courtyard with no issues.

Things in common, The ram was present, both of us were enchanters (although neither of us have ever seen this happen), and location is very similar. Has anyone else noticed this?

*EDIT* Oh and also that I am pretty sure he had been recently in combat with the keep doors and tried to use MCL... and I had recently just been hiting (as well as my underhill companion) the ram to get it to break and tried to use MCL.

Did you target the Ram ?

There is a recent Issue with other Abilities not firing. -> Issue #1766

As a matter of fact, yes I had the ram targetted.
