Mastery of Arms, Duallist Reflex

I was looking at the RA's and questioning myself regarding utility of each one.
1) Duallist Reflex does +x % dual wield chance/dual wield damage What about the Dual Wield Dmg ? Does it means to improve the dmg done by DW and CD styles ? Would this apply to CS styles like garrote ? 2) Now concerning Mastery of Arms, the goal is to reach the the swing speed cap which is 1.5 With no buffbot, a saracen would end at 93 (+10 quickness at lvl 1) +75 quickness, so 168. Quickness cap is at 250 and i don't see how to reach that without any buffbot. Btw, MoA 5 is a freaking huge investment (43 pts). Let's say anybody is obsessed with speed and spend this amount of points, the road still far. Without it, this saracen wielding a 3.9+2.9 set set of weapons will swing at 2.66 sec. With MoA 5 it will swing at 2.26 sec. If he decides to go with 2 long dirks (2.9) and 168 quickness without MoA5 it would gives 2.2 sec + MoA 5 this results at 1.93 Conclusion : with slowest set MoA 5 provides a 0.4 sec benefit, with two long dirks it provides a 0.3 sec benefit. Source : http://www.oocities.org/siliconvalley/park/4661/daoc_weapon_calc.htm Am i the only one to think it is a waste for 43 pts ? it does not even worth going to lvl 2 or 3 only regarding the huge investment in aug str 3 (which is not useless, but still !!!!) even at lvl 2 we are talking about 14 pts. We surely can use fastest weapons, but it would gimp the DPS very hard imo, or let's roll 2 fortified stiletto (2.4) and let's get over with it. |

dualist's reflexes affects celtic dual / dual wield CHANCE and left axe DAMAGE, it does not affect cd/dw damage.

So concerning Duallist Reflex, the only advantage for a NS or an INF to spec in is to hope for better % chance to hit with off hand. Thx.
