I'm just going to make my own:-)
what I missed a lot on old Uthgard was the fun on raiding keeps....it was just too easy...I'm sure that a lot of people would like to see this too so heres my idea: old Uthgard did have the /level command for keeps so why not implement everything there was on live back in the day...someone already posted this in the rvr idea thread about relic guards beeing linked to keeps...great idea! what id love to see is if you get your keep high enough in level for example 6, 8 or even 10 for roaming guards to spawn that run around the keep...they did have that on live @ Patch 1.38 see link below: http://camelotherald.wikia.com/wiki/Pat ... rsion_1.38 Just make it harder to raid keeps...add more guards each level the keep levels. I really hope you guys implement this because i can remember back in the days it was really FUN to raid a keep...on old uthgard it was just boring...there should be a real challenge for people to raid keeps....some will say if you have roaming guards you cant really level in the FZ...well FZ is the frontiers and always dangerous... Implementing roaming guards is ... tricky. Getting hold of correct roaming coordinates is really boring work, very hard to do aswell.
And it's something that doesn't do anything but annoy people. People will rage hard after porting to Hadrian's, then on the way to Forest Sauvage, they get ganked by 3 NPCs you couldn't even see before, as they come running over a hill, right into your face. Chubbie

and there were like at least 6 more guards in level 10 keeps inside the keep, most somewhere in the yard... who cares if no one still knows the exact locations, so at least no one can blame you for wrong positioning as well

So you have to do it like we had in ye olde days: Learn their routes and always keep an eye open. ^^ Another thing to add for harder keep raids would be to implement that you can outfit the guards with weapons and armor. That was possible back then in ye olde days and I can tell you that it was no fun at all to attack a lvl 10 keeplord that got outfitted with some 99%-weapon ![]() |

this was also possible on uthgard, we tested it (ok like 4 years ago) and the lord took every weapon we gave him (and didn't gave them back ^^)... but it did not seem to increase his dmg.

well people want old DaoC back no matter what right? so people delt with it on live so why not on uthgard 2.0? dont think the coordinates are a big deal...just let 1 grp roam around the keep further away and 1 directly around keep and through keep:-) |

a official post about this topic would be greatly apreciated just so people know if the Staff is thinking about it and implementing it or not:-)
