He crit 2 times because u prolly not fast on detect him so after u moved (second arrow hit as normal shot) u for sure stopped run for some seconds (maybe try engage? or just standing w/out press walk button on the right moment when arrow hit u).

If u r moving running to him all critical shot are converted to normal shot (but can t be blocked).


Nothing strange on this log, if u so slow or not move fast I can trishot u too with my 50 bow Scout.

Ofc Drawstab is just 27 bow so I am far from this damage

I ve done lot of times too on my video the same (2 crit shot.. Come to my mind Tonn fight or Bloodinette too).

It took maybe 0,5 sec till i reacted and moved i were moving when i got the 2nd and 3rd shot

I explained why this happened (happened me lot of times too).

U re considered standing on different situations, but I am not there for explain all the tricks of archers

Be sure that if u was full moving (no strafing too) is impossible he can critical u again (shot converted to regular)

150 ablative charge was up?

Try use 150 abla, Red af, red s/c and even if grp spec u ll not die before engage melee...

Is always the same story of my video Cathsy, w/out the right buffs ppls should never flame and be surprised of being owned from high rr guys with lot of experience...

I were running upstairs on the Amg so i were moving but ofc that's no flame screenshot or so i know luc is just amazing

U ve just provided the answer of WHY u got crit again...

As I said before, there are many situations where a char is not considered moving...

moving upwards does not count as being in motion...

i guess then they use horizontal distance traveled to determine whether you are moving or not??

but you can see from the screenshot of the logs, the order of combat was

1) get critshot
2) /face target
3) /face breaks as moving removed it
4) sprinting
5) normal shot
6) closing on target so prepare melee Provoke
7) Critshot

so this last one is clearly a bug in one form or another.

u'r wrong because if the 3th shot was shot on the stairs while turning (happend me lot of times too) or even while going up stairs but on the right moment where warrior was not normal running, target is count as standing.
is question of lucky/unlucky on the right moment the arrow hit.

i can assure u 100% that if warrior was just running (no need sprint) to ranger on the straight line, last shot was considered normal (like the 2nd one).

is like when u hit a stealther.

even if stealther is moving, is moving SLOW, and is considered standing doing crit shot, moving around with strafing button pressed is considered standing too etc etc

always be like this, on live too.

Warrior now got crit again because was running up the stairs, and just got unlucky because on the right moment arrow hit him, he was prolly turning for go up (middle of stairs) or maybe on a moment where he was not 100% running (is not easy run up wall w/out never stop).

is hard for me explain with my bad english, but hope u have understand what i want to say.
