What's going on man, i have come back like 1 week ago and i just log on when i see more than 800 players online to make sure i can find a pug for RvR, still with those many players online it's hard to form one, What's going on Hib? I ask some people and they keep saying that hib has been dead for the last month, How is this possible? man yesterday around 10pm there were 900+ players online, we could manage to form 1 PUG, we died 1 time against an alb grp and after some people left it was imposible to refill the grp.

I'm trying to bring my friends back since we have like 5 lvl50s full temp here, i'll keep trying to rvr here some days but if the things go like this i'll give up.

Thanks for reading, Cheers Danaeh.

Understand that 1 week is not enough time to judge RvR activity of a realm. It is possible that a lot of people wanted to play Mid or Alb this week, or had RL issues, or are playing a different game. Not very long ago Hib was 4-5 FG strong in rvr and had almost every single keep taken (evening American time).

Don't give up ^^

we (requiem) have been the only hib rvr active grp since weeks, probably because hib is the hardest realm to pug effectively if you don't know people.

I keep hearing this over and over... whats so special about hib rvr?

The Alb pugs i run with dont have that perfect setup - we run with reavers or even friars or whatever and do quite ok.

In alb its cleri cleri sorc pala (theu) + fill up, in hib it even could be drui drui bard hero + fill up.

Serious question.. what is the big problem?

Because there are simply not enough people to pug with on hib if you don't have the irc contacts and stuff, also warden is almost a must have support in a random hib grp and there are almost none.

sry to say that... but your attitude did not really improve the hib pug rvr. What fun do you expect as pug grp if the only other hib grps out will draw out of every fight and let you die?

This is not a Thread about pulling of a fight or want to have clean 8v8 Holsten, this topic were already discussced several times.

Anyway no group is forced to add, they can choose if they don´t add or simple jump in.

Try it out on Hib if like Cait said you dont have any IRC contacts or guys you can ask, and try to fill a group on Hib and you will see.

For me, hib would be the easiest to pug of the 3 realm, but just theorically.

my objection was just to explain why it is close to impossible to build a pug grp without contacts in hib nowaday while it is way more easy in mid.
When you scare away all pug player with elitist behavior... there are no more pug player to build pugs, simple as that.

i do not even judge this, sry if i sounded negative about it.
Requiem plays really fair and if they want to play like this no one is allowed to forbid it, and i would be the last to do that.

It is just a fact that the don't add mentality destroys pug rvr in that realm. If you judge this as good or bad is just up to you.

Why should these mentality destroy Hib PuG RvR but not Mid/Alb PuG RVR?

I don´t get that.

The biggest "problem" in the last days I saw, was the mids teaming up in slots of 16+ - sure, those are mostly low rr and very good alb groups can cope with that.

But ever thought of the alb pugs?

There are a lot of new alb players urging into pug rvr... waiting maybe for 30 min up to 3 hours to get a more or less decent pug together, and then getting farmed by mid zerg...
There is no problem in getting killed by good other groups, but its totally annoying that mid zergs farm those pugs around the clock - conclusion is, alb pugs change zone (still get farmed by another mid zerg) or log out. If you notice those very same Alb pugs come out 3 times as 8 slot... why not think to try to fight em 8v8?

That is what kills the action in my opinion. And no - i dont know for which reason - but Albs running in 16 slot to counter mids is neither wanted nor possible... either lacking players, coordination or motivation...

And to get back to topic... as mids always run 16+ slot... how do those hib players feel, who get together a pug after maybe an hour of player searching and nothing out to have a nice fight? Think about it!

Feel free to TeamUp aswell if the Mids do it, just search other groups to group up with if 1 Realm start "Zerging".

If u don´t do it and get rolled over and over stop complain or Swap the Zones. It´s easy.
