Arguing that many high RR chars have a bunch of some bazillion of bps, how do you know that they dont spend their bps for recharges on a regular time? Would it be so bad if the RR 10++ chars have one weapon/armor/cloak that simply looks different? Whatever, I've given up on this topic ->

There are no rights on private server, you are entitled to nothing, GMs could decide to delete your and every other character and you could do nothing about it.
