Anyway midgard had it, because S/C charge item were avaible on mid before because the quest which gave was in the old land. On alb/hib, this item was droped on SI.

Legion and Churiel are lvl 80+ they are very hard for kill, we need group of ppl to kill one of this Boss,and after we must to do random 100 and is very difficul to win the objet.
