Regarding Arranged Duel rule

The situation involved 5 Albs surrounding 1 Midgard. We were told to move on, and I tried to ask for clarification but the GM would not respond to my questions so I hope this forum is a more convenient location, then. We encountered the Midgard player around 10:30 PST. Since the Midgard player was solo, I objected to running him over with our group of five. So I told my groupmates they were welcome to duel him. My question is what constitutes arranged dueling? We never contacted the Midgard player but happened upon him randomly as presumably all encounters do in Emain. Is it illegal to have a groupmate face off against the person? -Isa

Back to NF, NEW RA.
