5vs5 Event
Sunday 5 December - 18:00 CET (GMT+1) - Hadrian's Wall

Because of the success of yesterdays 4vs4 event I would like to announce the next PvP event - this time in Hadrian's Wall.
We had good action even though there was plenty of Hibs playing to my surprise.

To keep it clean we will have the following rules:

Rules:
- keep it 5vs5 (Bigger groups/FGs are not welcome)
- don't add, even in threeways (alb vs mid vs hib is not allowed)
- don't camp (Let other players play versus other players)

If you see a group sitting on the ground regenerating mana/end it's up to you to choose if you wanna fight them or wait until they are ready.

During the Event feel free to join #uthgard.5vs5event on IRC. The channel is open to everyone and we won't share RvR infos there.

Promoters:
Albion: Vomi
Hibernia: Daedron
Midgard: Orihiime

These are the guys that are gonna promote the event in their realms. They are also the person that you should contact if you have problems with adders, full groups or anything.

Oh and yea: Coming to HW with a full group at 18:00 is not against Uthgard rules but it is also not nice and will be "punished" by the community. :D

I wish everyone good luck and fair fights during the event.

So how will this be punished? I'm curious...

I demand a serious answer, Daedron.

Who are you to threaten people with "punishment by the community".

Well let me make it real easy for you: If you and your guild would build a full group to annoy others during the event you will suffer from the consequences. As you might have noticed there were plenty of groups around these days during the past events. Everyone knew how to behave and someone that breaks ranks is clearly gonna get a bad reputation. Some care about that, others don't. Punishment by the community means you will most likely be hated by all participants.

And next time, don't try to be all smart-ass.

bad reputation and the opportunity to get add if I actually see you in emain or somewhere else. (I'm not the only one to think like that unfortunately for you).

5v5 is too much for these events IMO, tbh it's kinda ridiculous to see where all this is going. In before the 7v7 "event" threads start popping up.

Oh and best of luck to everyone participating!

I suggested 4v4 again but Daedron really wanted to try 5v5 :|

Well 5man is still considered a smallman group, anything beyond that is a fg missing one or two players. But I agree 4v4 is the most balanced option.
